Turbo Jam – Another workout program from Chalene Johnson. Fun, effective cardio. Punch and kick to contemporary music. I call it “tribal” – it’s not what I listen to during my leisure time, but it’s great for these workouts.
Shakeology – Meal replacement. Don’t knock it. It works for me! I drink it for breakfast, blending it with 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk. I’m full until lunch. And I have tons of energy. I love the Chocolate flavor. It tastes just like a chocolate milkshake.
